No matter how big the task, you can do it. “For I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13)
You must be consistent to succeed.
You can get back up from any mistake, bad choice, or bad behavior. Mindset is the key to your comeback – you most of all need to believe that you can.
Confidence is key. Unbelievably good things can happen for you when you’re confident. Equally, demeaningly awful things can happen to you when you’re not. Be mindful of who you’re around and what you’re doing. Get rid of anyone and anything that stands against your confidence and sense of self worth.
You can’t effectively love anyone until you effectively love yourself (and you can’t effectively love yourself until you allow God to love you). In order to be the best you can be for the people you love and will love, you must first be the best you can be for you. So keep showing up for yourself and doing what you know you should!
Not everyone will support what you’re doing, but don’t let that stop you (provided that you’re doing a good thing)! God’s approval is all that you need to do what you gotta do.
Ignore the hate. Some people will be deeply irritated by the new levels you unlock as you climb higher in life. Just take this as confirmation that you’re going the right way and only pay the hate mind in prayer when you ask God to change their hearts so that they, too, may unlock new levels.
Some days will be more difficult than others, they may even feel like you’re getting worse instead of better. But every day that you show up and do the work is a day that you’ve improved.
Don’t be drowned by your emotions! Fight fear with action (do it scared). Fight doubt with His Word (remember the promises God made you, He will never fail you). Fight worry with gratitude (instead of worrying that a thing won’t happen, thank God that He can do it or instead of worrying that a thing will happen, thank God for His protection). In all circumstances, though, pray and rejoice!
Don’t complain, just make moves.
We are all human. I, just like you, have insecurities and experience doubt, pain, and criticism. I go through hard times and get in my head and feel like quitting more than you’d think. But I don’t. Instead, I trust God and keep grinding for what’s mine. If I can do it (and I can), then YOU CAN TOO!
