
I began working out in 2017 when I was going through a rough time. To escape the sadness and combat my restlessness, I would hit the gym and do cardio until I was too tired to think. I quickly realized moving my body cleared my mind and lifted my spirits.
As time passed and I began to feel better, I stopped going to the gym regularly, but the good feeling that I had when I was in there always stuck with me. I would try to make it a habit, but without pain pushing me and my schedule seemingly being so busy I didn’t prioritize it as much as I should have.
However, in late 2019 when I realized I was struggling with my confidence and wanted to truly level up, I decided that not only was I gonna make a full, dedicated comeback, but I was going to build myself up inside and out. So, I made the brave and rewarding choice of picking up weights and allowing myself to suck at something new until I learned to be great. Little did I know, I would fall in love with weight lifting and fitness would become my passion.
Now, through fitness, I want to help as many people as possible build themselves up physically, mentally and spiritually.
