You should feel this in your back, primarily in the lower back.

3x45s Child’s Pose (hold for 15s in each direction)

3x30s Thread the Needle (30s in both directions = 1 set)

3x30s Overhead Tricep Stretch

Pull your elbow behind you.

3x30s Wall Bicep Stretch

Slowly turn away from the wall, you should feel this in your bicep.

3x30s Chest/Shoulder Stretch

Make sure your hand is directly behind your shoulder and at the same height.
