Classes are held on Mondays and Thursdays 5:30pm-7:30pm, and Saturdays 11am-1pm at Nuffsaid Sports Academy, 21 Ellsworth St. Worcester, MA.

This package is only valid for two sessions during the week it was purchased.

It is not necessary to purchase a package for your first class; your first class is free — register here.

I started the program in January of 2026 and have lost over 15lbs! I’ve also gained muscle and my glutes are looking great. Rowena’s a great trainer and genuinely wants everyone to accomplish their physical goals.
